Outlook Employment is a Government funded service, free to eligible job seekers, to assist people with a disability find and maintain employment. As a result there are no charges for clients or employers to utilise our services.

As a specialist agency, Outlook Employment is able to provide one on one support to all disability types. Available to job seekers in the South-Eastern region of Melbourne, from Doveton past Pakenham and Emerald past Blind Bight.

Funded by the Commonwealth Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, Outlook Employment is committed to excellence which has resulted in a 5 Star DEN rating, with DES ratings due in July 2011. All of our programs are accredited under ISO 9001 and Commonwealth Disability Employment Quality Assurance.

Outlook Employment is an open employment service operating as a division of Outlook (Vic) Inc. and had been providing employment services to people with a disability in the south eastern region of Melbourne since its inception in 1992.

Outlook Employment has worked with over 2000 clients in the past decade, assisting them in becoming job ready, building confidence and maintaining permanent employment in the open employment sectors.
