Outlook Employment hosts regular 'Job Club' seminars, running throughout the year.
In these sessions job seekers combine their efforts in a group environment - under the directions of employment consultants - to develop the job search and employability skills required to gain paid employment in your desired field. The support of others in a similar situation has proven to be very effective and enjoyable with further certified training available for given industries

Outlook Employment offers ongoing support to both employers and job seekers as required. This can take the form of training on the job at no cost to the employer or jobseeker, and can include outside of hour’s support where it is inappropriate to provide support on the worksite.
Through this we often work alongside our clients to maintain employment, and over the years have gained vast amounts of experience in various industries.
If you are in year 10, 11 or 12, and looking for employment of any sort - be it casual or part time outside of school hours or even full time to leave school - and are keen to have one on one support to reach your employment goals, then Outlook Employment are the experts for you.

Outlook Employment can assist job seekers to improve their employability through short courses, such as fork lift training, first aid and food handling certificates.
With our work experience program we have a specifically designed structure to improve job seekers opportunities to gain real work experience, in a functional working environment to lead to employability.
